We came on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't packed until later on. Good food. Great service.

Good food, good service, Chill and relaxing place for new hotpot spot with good tomato soup.

yummy yummy yummy. It was so yummy in my tummy. yummy smells yummy meats yummy vegetables yummy broth. Yummy sauces. So yummy in my tummy.

$40 all you can eat, additional $15 for broth. Lots of items with an easy system. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious, with plenty of room for our group to sprawl out around the bubbling pot. We opted for the combination broth, which offered a mild spice level and a savory base. It wasn't the most complex broth I've ever had, but it did a good job of cooking the ingredients without overpowering them. The selection of meats and vegetables was fresh, with a good variety for everyone's tastes. The sliced meats were a nice thickness, cooking up quickly without getting tough. While some of the vegetables could have benefitted from being cut a bit thinner for faster cooking, overall the quality of the ingredients was decent. The service was friendly and attentive, if a little slow at times. They were happy to answer questions and refill our dipping sauce reserves, but there were a few occasions where it took a while to flag someone down. Overall, [Restaurant Name] wasn't a mind-blowing hot pot experience, but it was a solid choice for a casual get-together. With a bit more variety in the broths and some minor service tweaks, it could be a great option for hot pot enthusiasts.

Great food good service will. come again and recommended to my friends. Grat atmosphere

good value for AYCE. came here on a monday night. there were very few people here so service was very prompt. they have a wide selection of items to order and a clean sauce station for making your own dipping sauces. the bottled ingredients were clearly labelled which i appreciated. it doesnt have desserts at the bar like many other hot pot places but they have a dessert menu and everything we tried was good! i definitely want to come back. thinking about both the hot pot and desserts lol. there is a time limit but i'm sure we passed it and they still let us order online and no one rushed us to leave. great experience. probably one of my favorite hot pot places in the city although its a little out of the way for me. i'd come back anyway but probably only when i'm really craving the desserts here or for a special occasion :)

I enjoyed the food here and it's a good experience overall. I had no issues with the meat, which if you order a lot, you're getting the most value. The selection is extensive and up to par with other hot pot places I've been to. The people talk very minimal to you - everything is ordered via your phone, which is fine. We were a party of 8, so we had different people ordering different food items. The staff didn't say anything, not even checking if they placed the food on the right side of the table (given we had two tables put together to fit us all). They did refill waters pretty frequently with lemon-infused water. We ordered a half/half broth - one of the halves was spicy and we got the "less spicy" and that's still quite spicy to me, so be warned. I have the same complaint as another reviewer - it's an all you can eat hot pot spot but the soup base is a separate charge (?) make that make sense!! The sauce bar is smaller than others I've been to. It had the general ingredients one would need tho, although I've been to several other hot pot places that have some helpful guides/recipes for sauce recommendations. The ambiance is very casual and the space is small. It's ideal for a hangout with friends. The pricing per person makes it a good spot for a special occasion but in that case there are better places to go out/ have a nice-elevated dining experience. However it is nice to have a hot pot location conveniently in the area in Long Island City.

Great service great food and fun vibes... pretty good hotpot. I've had better but I've also had worse. A little pricier that some other ones but not overly expensive and quality was good

This place has great food! The AYCE makes it easy to just go for it and try one of everything. At the moment they are BYOB, which adds to their allure but I do t know if that's forever. They have a 2 hour limit, which is doable but can go by quickly! We got the pork foot mild broth and the spicy beef broth split. The mild was great, very neutral but the spicy beef was off the charts spicy. So many chili peppers!! They have a ton of ingredients and everything comes out pretty quickly. Why they didn't get 5-stars: The spicy broth is so over the top it was hard to get through. I can handle spice but the guide says that we could choose our spice level but there wasn't an indication of the spice level. I would have chosen a different broth if they warned me.

Good hotpot spot, mostly empty on Halloween night but good price for everything, definitely worth it. I'd mostly like to emphasize the fact that service was FANTASTIC, thank you Eva
